[To any onlookers, the vision that greeted them when the camera turned on was likely something that was square between hilarious and pathetic. Alphonse would never blame anyone for this idea, given that his attire was a horrific mix of every stitch of clothing, sans the extra underthings, he could cobble together to put on between his bag and what he woke up in.

It looked ridiculous, fit awkwardly, and overall was kind of sad. What was the monstrosity he was wearing that would garner such a reaction? It was a white waist cloth that went well down his shins and had the straps wrapped around his waist twice, with a far far too small blue kimono tucked over his shoulders in an attempt to have a shirt, and which was only being held in place by the green breeder's apron tied over the whole thing. Basically, the only thing he was wearing that remotely looked like it fit was the apron, and the only reason that he even managed to get the kimono on as far as he had was the fact that he was absurdly skinny.

Unhealthily absurdly skinny. But that was very much not his fault, and he raked his scraggly waist length hair back behind his shoulders as he finally spoke, voice soft and tone polite, if highly embarrassed.]

Hello everyone, I have to admit that in spite of reading over the materials given to me I really have no idea where I should go. I also, ah, am badly in need of some clothing that fits, and would like to know if anyone has seen a blond with the same coloration as myself? He tends to wear a lot of red...

If you can address any of these concerns I would be very very thankful.

[Honestly, Al can do whatever he wants - even if that means fussing over his clothes.]

We'll get you some appropriate-sized clothes. Until you can wear my spare. [Because it's not like Ed wears the clothes given to him upon arrival to this world.] It's probably better that you can seeing as how it's summer here.

Brother... [He sighed, shaking his head, which had the overly long hair sliding into his face before he shoved it back again. That was going to drive him up a wall.]

...Bring a spare hairtie?

[A small laugh at that. Ed's used to his hair but of course it'd drive Al nuts.]

I will. We can get it cut later once you're settled at the inn.

[He twisted the mass around his fingers and held it at the base of his neck.]

I kind of want to keep it... but it's tangled and in my face, so I'm not forming an opinion yet.

[Nod. Al will get the hang of it eventually.]

It'll take a few hours for us to get there. Find some shade so you don't burn. [Delicate skin that hasn't seen the sun in years.] Eat as much as you can of that meal the woman in the house gave you too.

Right. I... I hadn't actually thought about eating yet brother. [The idea actually made him a bit giddy and he flashed him a smile.] I'll see you soon, okay?

Have you got your list? [Though he doesn't doubt that Al probably remembers everything on it.] Yeah, soon.

Every bit of it. [He brightened further, heading for the nearest shade on the side of the road he'd been walking down, his pokemon making quiet metallic sounds as it followed him.]

I'm watching the sky then?

Good. I bet Winry will be glad to help you mark everything off. [Ed would too if he ever actually cooked.]

That's right. Otherwise it'd take days to get to you. [He doesn't think Al is up for that three day walk either.]

[He'd still try. And end up severely sunburned in weird places for his troubles.]

[Wouldn't be good. As it is, Ed will lend him his red coat for the travel back as its got a hood.]

Winry would have been here even if I hadn't. [She would have come for him.]

Winry's here too? Who else? Um. Not any of the other side, right? [Because he hadn't forgotten what happened before he woke up here, and while it was really good he was in his body, what happened to the people who tried to grab him?]

Yeah, she's been here a while. [That makes his frown in displeasure.] Envy's here and so is Kimblee.

But isn't Envy just... [He paused, miming something tiny that he would be holding by the tail.]
